Mission Trip To Mexico - September 2026

For our Mexico trip we partner with Global Eduction Ministries at El Manantial School in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. This is a gospel-saturated, English immersion, elementary school.

The main focus of our trip to Puerto is to partner with the teaching staff to provide an English intensive camp for the 5th and 6th grade students. We use the gospel to reinforce English literature, vocabulary, and principles through different stations.

We also take the opportunity to provide relational time for the American teaching staff to interact with the families of their students. We facilitate evening events where we entertain the students freeing up the teachers and parents to spend time with one another.

Puerto Escondido is a safe, tourist town in southern Mexico with beautiful beaches, but even more beautiful people. This is trip is perfect for those who enjoy working with kids and building relationships.

One day the team will go visit another school that GEM (Global Eduction Ministries) has started in Juquila, Mexico. It’s about a 2.5 hour trip through winding mountain roads. If you get carsick I would recommend taking dramamine and sitting towards the front of the van. It is an amazing little town and the school directors are incredible people.
